All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the same time of booking.
Hair must be properly washed and blow dried.
Damp / wet hair results in a upcharge of $10.
No conditioner, oil, etc will result in being turned around.
At 10 min $15.
At 15 min $25 appointment cancelled / rescheduled.
No call, No snow results to never being able to book again.
\No refund, all changes be made prior to departure/ or 24 hour past.
A new deposit is required when you reschedule (unless its a change of time for the same date)
